While many dream of being famous and rich in Bollywood, there are others who prefer a different kind of life. They don’t want the attention and hectic lifestyle that come with being a star. Instead, they find happiness in their lives away from the limelight. Their decision to step away from the spotlight shows that for some people, real happiness is found in things other than being a famous actor or actress.

 

1. Gayatri Joshi

Gayatri Joshi entered the film industry in 2004, starring alongside Bollywood’s Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Swades’. Despite her successful role alongside such a big star, she eventually bid goodbye to the film industry, choosing to become a contented homemaker.

Preeti Jhangiani

 

After her debut in “Mohabbatein”, she appeared in films like “Awara Paagal Deewana” (2002) and “Chaahat – Ek Nasha” (2005). However, she left the industry in 2007 after her film “Victoria No. 203”. Preeti mentioned, “I was not satisfied with the roles I was getting. I always wanted significant parts that impacted the story, but those opportunities were lacking. So, I chose to step back rather than disappoint myself or my fans.”
