There are rumors that Munmun Dutta and Raj Anadkat, who were both actors on the funny TV show “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,” are now engaged.

Munmun plays the character of Babita in the show, while Raj used to play Tappu, the son of the character played by Dilip Joshi. Raj left the show in December last year.

News of the Engagement

A news report from News 18 Showsha claims that Munmun and Raj got engaged in a private ceremony recently. The source of the report says they exchanged rings in a city called Vadodara. Apparently, their families approve of the relationship and were present at the ceremony.

The source also said that Munmun and Raj have been together since Raj joined the show. Many people who work on the show knew about their relationship, and some even thought they would eventually get married.

It’s important to note that Munmun and Raj haven’t confirmed the engagement themselves yet.

There were rumors about Munmun and Raj dating back in September 2021, according to a report in the Times of India. The report said that everyone who works on “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah” knew they were together. However, Munmun publicly denied these rumors on social media.

Munmun Speaks Out About Rumors

In the past, Munmun got upset about these rumors and posted a message on social media. She criticized the media for writing stories about people’s personal lives without their permission. Munmun also mentioned how reporters sometimes bother people who are grieving, such as taking pictures at funerals. She ended the message by calling out the media for creating sensational stories that hurt people’s reputations.
