There might be some bad news for fans of Bigg Boss OTT, the online version of the famous Indian reality show. According to a report, Bigg Boss OTT might not be coming back for a third season this year.

There was already a regular season of Bigg Boss (season 17) that just ended in January, and adding another season of Bigg Boss OTT right after might be too much.

For those who might not know, Bigg Boss OTT started in 2021. The first season was hosted by the famous director Karan Johar, and actress Divya Agarwal won. In the second season, it was Bollywood superstar Salman Khan who took over hosting duties, and the winner was YouTuber Elvish Yadav.

What made Bigg Boss OTT different? Unlike the regular Bigg Boss, Bigg Boss OTT was streamed online 24/7 on Voot and Jio Cinema, along with having daily highlight episodes. This gave viewers a chance to see everything that happened inside the Bigg Boss house, not just what was shown in the main program.
