Animal Box Office Estimate Day 9: Ranbir Kapoor’s film earns Rs. 39 crore on the second Saturday; clocks Rs. 401 crores

The Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga film, Animal, has enjoyed a remarkable run at the Indian box office. Following a strong opening week gross of Rs. 338.63 crore, the film added Rs. 39 crores on its second Saturday, bringing its total collection to approximately Rs. 401 crores.

Animal scored the biggest second Saturday ever for a Hindi movie! It beat other big hits like Pathaan, Jawan, Baahubali 2, and Gadar 2 by a good amount. This shows how popular the movie is.

This is a record for a feature film as Animal has scored the biggest second Saturday in the history of Hindi Cinema. The Ranbir Kapoor film has defeated all-time blockbusters like Pathaan [Rs. 23.25 cr.], Jawan [Rs. 32.30 cr.], Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion [Rs. 26.50 cr.] and Gadar 2 [Rs. 31.07 cr.], and that too by a decent margin, which speaks about the kind of run the film has got at the box office.

In India, Animal earned about 36 crores on its ninth day, and the Tamil and Telugu versions made about 2.5 crores.

Animal is expected to break even more records in its second weekend and week, and it might even make 100 crores by the end of the weekend. It’s the most talked-about and liked film of 2023, especially considering it has an A rating and a long running time of 3 hours and 21 minutes.
