Ankita, who you might know from the show “Pavitra Rishta”, will be playing the lead role in a new web series called “Amrapali”.
The filmmaker, Sandeep Singh, shared a picture of Ankita as Amrapali on his social media. He said that the series will tell the story of Amrapali, a famous courtesan from history, and show her journey through life. It will be a grand production with beautiful music. Ankita also shared the same picture on her social media.
People online loved the first look of Ankita as Amrapali. They congratulated her and the team, and said they were excited to see the series. They also told Ankita she looked amazing and wished her luck with the project.
Ankita’s most recent work before this was a music video and a movie called “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar” with Randeep Hooda. That movie came out in theaters in March 2024.
