New Movie “Rebel” Now Streaming on Prime Video

This movie, directed by Nikesh RS in his first time directing a film, came out in theaters on March 22nd. It stars actor GV Prakash Kumar as a man who fights for what’s right, and Mamitha Baiju as the woman he likes. The movie trailer shows a story that takes place at a college in a town called Chittur. The main character, Kadhir (played by GV Prakash), is one of the few Tamil students at the college, where most of the other students are Malayali. He falls in love with Mamitha’s character. Things start out calm, but then there’s a sudden outbreak of violence between the Malayali and Tamil communities.

As things get more tense, Kadhir becomes a “rebel.” He speaks up for the other Tamil students and tries to get justice for them. This movie is different from many others because it’s available to stream on Prime Video only two weeks after it came out in theaters. Normally, people have to wait a month or longer for movies to start streaming.

The movie takes place in the 1980s and is about groups of college students who are connected to political parties. When Kathir (played by G V Prakash) and his friend Selvaraj (played by Adhithya Bhaskar) from Munnar start going to the same college in Palakkad, they realize how much politics affects the students’ lives there. This discovery leads to a story of rebellion and fighting back, which is what the movie is all about.

The movie has a great cast of actors, including Venkitesh VP, Shalu Rahim, Karunas, Adhithya Bhaskar, Kalloori Vinoth, Subramaniya Siva, and many more talented people.
