Kriti Sanon’s Fight for Bigger Roles in Bollywood

Kriti Sanon, a popular actress in Bollywood, has been getting a lot of attention for her recent movie “Crew.” But her journey in the film industry hasn’t been easy. In a recent interview, she opened up about the challenges she faced, especially when it came to getting good roles.

Kriti admitted that she sometimes felt frustrated because she knew she could do more than the parts she was offered. She said, “There was a time when I felt restless because I knew I was capable of so much more than what the roles I was getting allowed me to show. I wanted something deeper, something that would really let me prove myself as an actress.”

Kriti used a clever analogy to explain her point. She compared opportunities to vessels. She said, “Imagine an actor is like a container. The bigger the container, the more you can fill it. If you’re given a small container, you can only put in a small amount of water. But if you have a big container, you can fit much more. For a long time, I was searching for that big container, a role that would allow me to show my full potential.”

Kriti’s frustration stemmed from feeling like she wasn’t getting the chance to showcase her talent. She said, “I would get so frustrated because I knew I could do a great job, I knew I could really shine, but I wasn’t being offered those kinds of roles. At the same time, I saw some new actors, some of them from film families who hadn’t even done any movies yet, getting opportunities that I just thought, ‘how?'”

Kriti Sanon started her Bollywood career in the movie “Heropanti” with Tiger Shroff. Her latest film is “Crew,” which also stars Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kapil Sharma. Kriti’s next project is “Do Patti,” a movie produced by her own production company.
