Elvish Yadav: Snake Venom Controversy and Legal Battle

Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav, known for winning reality show “Bigg Boss OTT 2,” is currently facing legal trouble. This situation involves accusations about snake venom and parties.

The Accusation:

Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police in March 2024. The police claim he was involved in supplying snakes and snake venom for parties where people used them for fun, which is dangerous and illegal. Yadav spent over a week in jail before being released on bail.

New Developments:

On April 6, the police submitted a very long report (over 1200 pages!) about the case against Yadav. This report details the accusations against him. Additionally, the police sent Yadav’s phone to a special lab for analysis. They believe his phone might contain evidence related to the case.

Looking Back:

Even before his arrest in March, Yadav had a brush with the law in November 2023. Back then, the police arrested him and five others for keeping wild animals like snakes (which is illegal) and planning something wrong together (conspiracy).

Current Status:

Yadav is currently out of jail on bail. This means he had to pay a certain amount of money as a guarantee to appear in court whenever required. The court case against him is still ongoing.
