Aadujeevitham, a highly anticipated Malayalam film starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and directed by Blessy, has wrapped up its first week in theaters worldwide. The movie has been a hit with audiences, especially on its first Sunday, when it drew large crowds to cinemas.

The Malayalam version of the film seems to be the most popular, recording an occupancy rate of 38.86% on the seventh day. The Tamil and Telugu versions also did well, with occupancy rates of 15.90% and 10.28% respectively.

About the Movie

Aadujeevitham, also known as “The Goat Life,” is inspired by a true story and adapted from a famous novel of the same name written by Benyamin. The movie features original music by the legendary composer A.R. Rahman and was released globally on March 28th, 2024.

The lead roles are played by Jimmy Jean-Louis and K.R. Gokul, with Amala Paul and Shobha Mohan delivering important supporting performances.

Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Upcoming Project

In his next film, Prithviraj Sukumaran will take on a villainous role opposite Akshay Kumar in the action comedy “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.”

During a recent interview, Prithviraj shared that Akshay Kumar was very impressed with the trailer for Aadujeevitham. He said, “Akshay saw the trailer and said he thought it would win an Oscar! He likes to joke around like that.”

Akshay also praised Prithviraj at the trailer launch of “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.” Prithviraj responded by saying, “He’s just being kind. Akshay is very humble and downplays his own talent. He’s a fantastic actor, much better than he admits. He makes the most of the roles he’s given, and he’s great in ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.’ It’s not just action; there’s a lot of depth to the film, and both Akshay and Tiger [Shroff, Akshay’s co-star] deliver strong performances.”
