Asin Thottumkal Finally Reacts To Divorce Rumours With Hubby, Rahul, ‘Disappointed To Have Wasted..’

Former actress, Asin Thottumkal has been leading the news headlines after rumours of her divorce with her husband, Rahul Sharma surfaced on the internet. The rumours ignited when a fan page claimed that the actress deleted all her photos with her husband, Rahul, which fuelled reports about their divorce. Her fans were taken back in shock after the rumours of troubles in Asin and Rahul’s paradise made their way on social media. However, Asin has now put an end to all the speculations.

Though Asin has taken a break from silver screens, she has been quite active on social media. The actress often shares updates about her personal life with her fans, and she didn’t hold back when the reports about her divorce surfaced online. On June 28, 2023, Asin took to her IG stories and issued a clarification about the ongoing speculations about the rift between her and her husband, Rahul Sharma. In her note, she shared that they are currently on a summer holiday and were shocked to see the baseless news about their divorce. She penned:

“In the middle of our summer holiday right now, literally sitting across each other enjoying our breakfast and came across some very imaginative and utterly baseless NEWS.”

Further in her note, the actress mentioned that something similar happened when she and her family were planning her wedding and multiple media reports started taking out stories about her and Rahul’s breakup. Slamming the reports about her and Rahul’s divorce, Asin asked the rumour mills to stop creating an unnecessary nuisance. She added:

“Reminds me of the time we were sitting at home together with our families planning our wedding and we heard that we had broken up. Seriously?! Pls do better. (Disappointed to have wasted 5mins of an otherwise wonderful holiday on this!) Have a great day you guys.”

It all began when one of Asin Thottumkal’s fan pages shared an array of posts featuring Asin and Rahul, which are now deleted from her Instagram account. If reports are to be believed, Asin deleted all the posts with her husband, including their wedding pictures, back in February 2023 due to some reasons best known to her. The admin of the fan page also addressed Asin’s separation rumours from her husband, Rahul Sharma and made her fans curious to know the reason behind removing all the photos. Soon, everyone started wondering if the actress and Rahul Sharma were heading for a divorce.
