The Malayalam movie “Aadujeevitham” (which means “Goat Life”) is a big hit! It’s a suspenseful story about a man who has to survive a difficult situation. Strong Opening for Aadujeevitham
The movie did very well on its opening day, making ₹7.6 crore (roughly $9.1 million) in India alone. By the next day (March 29th), it had earned a total of ₹14.1 crore (around $17 million) across all languages in India. Most of the viewers (75%) were watching the Malayalam version. About the Movie
“Aadujeevitham” is based on a true story. Prithviraj Sukumaran plays Najeeb Mohammed, a worker from Kerala, India, who is forced to work as a goat herder on a farm in Saudi Arabia. Amala Paul acts as Najeeb’s wife, Sainu. Other important characters include:

- Ummah (played by Shobha Mohan), Najeeb’s mother
- Khafeel (played by Talib Al Balushi)
