Devara Box Office Collection Day 6: Jr NTR And Janhvi Kapoor’s Movie Enters Rs 200 Crore Club In India

Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor’s Telugu action thriller, Devara, continues to dominate the box office, surpassing Rs 200 crore in India within its first week. Released on September 27 in multiple languages, the film has been a major commercial success.

According to Sacnilk, Devara collected Rs 20.50 crore on Day 6 (First Wednesday), bringing its total net collection to Rs 207.85 crore in India. The film’s Telugu occupancy stood at 46.45%, Hindi at 23.92%, Kannada at 28.88%, and Tamil Nadu at 25.09%. Worldwide, Devara has grossed approximately Rs 336 crore as of Day 6.

Set in the post-independence era, Devara tells the story of a village chief’s son who embarks on a mission to eradicate smuggling in his coastal region. The film stars Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Chaitra Rai, Shruti Marathe, Shine Tom Chacko, Murali Sharma, and Kalaiyarasan. Produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Kosaraju Harikrishna, Sudhakar Mikkilineni, and Hari Krishna K, Devara was originally slated for release on October 10 but was brought forward to avoid box office clashes during the festive season.
