Panchayat Season 3 is Finally Here!

After a two-year wait, the third season of Panchayat is finally streaming! This time, things get a little more serious as the show dives into the world of village politics and the challenges faced by government officials in rural India.

The amazing cast, including Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, and Raghubir Yadav, is back to deliver outstanding performances. Expect to laugh, cry, and feel a sense of familiarity as you watch the story unfold.

Fans were super excited for the premiere on May 28th, 2024. The first episode didn’t disappoint, quickly becoming a hot topic on social media. As soon as it dropped at midnight on Amazon Prime Video, people started sharing clips and praising the show. Overall, it seems like the creators and actors delivered exactly what fans were hoping for!

A user wrote, “BTW #Panchayat3 is watchable. Prahlad and Vidhayak were the best performers here. This one has an excellent cameo from the ‘gajab kharab vyavastha hai’ waale damadji. Although I hope they don’t completely base the 4th season on Vidhayak and Phulera’s rivalry.” Another added, “@malikfeb what a fabulous job you have done emoting sir in #Panchayat3. We could feel your pain in every scene. @PrimeVideoIN beautiful continuity amazing show #Panchayat @TheViralFever.”

“@jitendrajk06 just watched Panchayat 3… Can’t tell you how amazing it was. Just a superb and astonishing. Can’t wait for S4 #Panchayat3,” a third user commented.

Panchayat Season 3: A Familiar Face Returns to Phulera

Panchayat follows Abhishek Tripathi (played by Jitendra Kumar), a young engineer stuck in a small village named Phulera. Originally just there to study for a big exam, Abhishek finds himself drawn into the lives of the villagers. He works as the secretary (Sachiv) for the village leader, Manju Devi (Neena Gupta), and her husband Brij Bhushan (Raghubir Yadav). There’s also Prahlad (Faisal Malik), the assistant village leader, and Vikas (Chandan Roy), another villager.

The first two seasons showed Abhishek slowly growing to love Phulera, even though he initially just wanted to leave. Season 3 picks up where things left off. Abhishek still wants to take his exam, but he’s also gotten attached to the village. Things get interesting when a new secretary arrives, causing tension and conflict. Prahlad deals with the grief of losing his son, and Abhishek (thankfully!) gets his old job back. Expect some laughs as he navigates village life again. One thing’s for sure: the loyalty between Abhishek, Manju Devi, Prahlad, and Vikas remains strong.
