Suhaagan 5th August 2024 Written Update: Vedant hits Swara. Family Secrets Exposed!

The episode begins with Swara returning home, wanting her grandmother (Dadi) to reveal the truth. She notices Dadi’s hand is bandaged and asks what happened. Koyel pretends to be upset in front of Vedant, crying dramatically. Swara tells Vedant that she can’t bear to see Koyel in such distress and worries about her health.

Swara asks Vedant to stay, but Koyel, realizing she might have gone too far, urges him to go to the USA and promises to video call him twice a day. As they are about to leave, the police arrive and inform Swara that she cannot leave the city due to the ongoing investigation. They confiscate her passport and prevent her from departing.

The next morning, Koyel attempts to send Dadi away to Kerala for Ayurvedic treatment, claiming it’s for her recovery. Swara insists on staying and caring for Dadi herself, stating she will arrange for her treatment. Koyel argues that Swara is not a doctor and cannot provide adequate care. Swara firmly declares that Dadi will not go anywhere and that she will look after her. Vedant questions Swara’s authority to overrule his mother’s decisions. Swara accuses Koyel of trying to hide her wrongdoings by sending Dadi away and even suggests that Koyel could harm her. She reveals to everyone that Koyel is the one responsible for their problems and that Prabha is the one who genuinely cares for and loves them. This angers Rudra and Vedant.

Vedant slaps Swara for disrespecting his mother and questions her audacity. Swara retorts by asking how he dared to raise his hand on her. Vedant reiterates his question about her disrespect towards his mother. She continues to expose the truth about Prabha and Koyel, further infuriating him. He attempts to slap her again, but Vedant’s aunt intervenes and stops him.

Bua criticizes Vedant’s behavior and questions his upbringing. Vedant defends himself, asking what he was supposed to do when someone insulted his mother. Koyel resumes her act, lamenting about how Prabha is casting a shadow over their family and wondering what else she might try to take away from them. Swara counters by asserting that everything Koyel claims to control actually belongs to Prabha, including Vedant himself. The episode concludes.
