Mumba is happy that she finally learned how to fish. She tells her parents and brags that she can even beat Sardar (a skilled fisherman). Everyone laughs. An Asur commander arrives and tells Mumba she has to lead a special prayer ceremony for Jalandhar. Mumba makes fun of him for calling Jalandhar a god, but the commander ignores her. Sardar, Mumba’s mother, says she will prepare the food for the ceremony.

Meanwhile, Lord Narayan asks Jalandhar how he can pretend to be Lord Shiv when he hasn’t even been able to find Adi Shakti (a powerful goddess). Jalandhar admits he hasn’t found them, but he still has other gods and goddesses captive.

Sardaran tells Mumba that Jalandhar is their god and they have to do the ceremony to avoid trouble. Mumba disagrees and describes the qualities of a true god like Lord Shiv. Sardaran knows Lord Shiv exists but lies to Mumba, saying their god is Jalandhar.

Lord Shiv performs a special dance, and a bright light appears. A soldier tells Jalandhar about it, and Jalandhar wonders what Lord Shiv is planning.

Everyone chants for Jalandhar, but Mumba doesn’t think he looks like a god. Sardaran forces her to start the ceremony.

Lord Shiv is joined by another form of himself, Sadashiv. They greet each other and confirm that they are essentially the same being.

Mumba does the ceremony but feels uneasy. Sardaran tells her to do it for the sake of their community. The commander eats the special food and tells Mumba to walk around Jalandhar’s idol as part of the ceremony.
