The episode begins with Ibaadat and Dua talking. Dua asks Ibaadat why she lied about calling the doctor. Dua thinks Ibaadat is hiding something important. Ibaadat says she hasn’t done anything bad and it’s for the family’s good. Mannat overhears and gets jealous of Dua siding with Ibaadat.

When Ibaadat returns to her room, her husband asks where she went. Ibaadat hesitates and tries to hide the truth, but Subhan knows she’s hiding something. Subhan gets upset with Ibaadat for not telling him. Ibaadat assures him she’s not doing anything wrong. Subhan gets angrier when she doesn’t give him a good answer.

Gulnaaz criticizes Mannat’s weak personality, but Mannat overhears and vents her frustration. Ibaadat asks her husband if he really doesn’t believe her. She firmly says she’s not having an affair. This makes Subhan even angrier. He knows she might lie, but she wouldn’t cheat on him. Seeing his pain, Ibaadat decides to tell him the truth. Mannat notices this and gets worried her plan will fail. She rushes into Ibaadat’s room.

Mannat stops Ibaadat from telling the truth. She pretends to ask Ibaadat what she’s hiding. Mannat and Ibaadat start arguing, and Subhan gets fed up. He kicks them both out of the room. Mannat tells Ibaadat she’ll ruin her relationship with Subhan. Ibaadat stays calm and doesn’t react. She begs her husband to open the door, but he doesn’t. She apologizes for lying to him for so long.
