Mangal Lakshmi 6th August 2024 Written Update: Gayatri misunderstands Lakshmi

At the start, Mangal wants Karthik and Lakshmi to use the swing, hoping it will make her happy. Lakshmi wants Mangal to rest first. Sanjana and Kusum also want them to swing. Karthik swings Lakshmi in the swing to cheer Mangal up. Gayatri tells Kusum they should leave, and Karthik agrees.

Karthik questions Gayatri about why she’s stopping Lakshmi from seeing Mangal. Gayatri explains that whenever Lakshmi visits, there are arguments and that Lakshmi is suspicious. Karthik defends Lakshmi.

Kusum does all the housework alone, making Mangal feel sorry for her.

Akshat makes a card for Mangal, and she playfully teases him about it.

Mangal reassures Ishana that she’ll get better soon. She tries to stand but can’t. Adit scolds her for trying too hard. Mangal wishes Lakshmi could understand her situation, and Lakshmi feels the same way but doesn’t want to cause trouble.

The next day, Mangal tries to cook but struggles. Kusum tells her to rest.

Lakshmi gives Karthik coffee, but he’s upset with her for not telling him something. They talk about Gayatri’s expectations, and Gayatri overhears, thinking Lakshmi is turning Karthik against her.

Adit can’t find his things, and Mangal tells him where they are. He gets angry and complains.
