The show begins with Kian caring for Anushka’s burns. Prince sees a cut on Anushka’s hand and asks about it. Anushka remembers getting hurt by Sunita last week.

We see Sunita demanding money from Anushka that she believes Anushka owes her. Anushka refuses to give the money, and Sunita hurts Anushka’s hand with a vase.

Anushka lies to Suhasini, Kian, and Prince about how she got the wound, saying it happened at the hospital. She then finds a way to send them out of the house.

Alone, Anushka thinks about how she doesn’t like kids and doesn’t want to follow the rituals for them. She finds a plate of sweets and decides to eat them, not caring about the rules.

Premchand stops Aryaman as he’s leaving for work and asks him to tie a special thread on Anushka’s wrist as part of a ritual. Aryaman agrees.

Aryaman finds Anushka with crumbs near her mouth and asks if she broke her fast. Anushka lies and says she was just making sweets for the prayer. Aryaman ties the thread on Anushka’s wrist. He also ties one on Janvi’s wrist, believing she’s Kian’s mother. Aryaman subtly suggests to Anushka that she should leave the house.

Sunita calls Anushka’s phone, and Prince answers it. Sunita learns that Anushka is at the Bundela mansion and decides to go there to get her money.

Janvi takes care of Anushka’s injuries. Anushka tells Janvi that she plans to leave with Kian because of Aryaman’s behavior. Janvi asks her not to leave and says she’ll talk to Aryaman.

Kian performs a prayer ritual for Janvi, thinking she’s his mother, and asks her to do the same for him. Janvi says she’s busy and leaves. Kian feels hurt by this.

In the prayer, Anushka participates with Kian, while Janvi prays from a distance. The episode ends.
