Shilpa Shinde Is Replaced By This Actress In Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai?

Shilpa’s Angoori Devi had zoomed into every Indian household and her mannerisms had made her one of small screen’s most loved characters.

Binaifer Kohli sent a legal notice to Shilpa and even CINTAA repeatedly asked her to resume shoot but to no avail.

According to a report in a leading daily, the producers are looking for a new face to replace Shilpa on the show and they might have found someone. Who’s it? Sheetal Khandal! Don’t remember her? She played Gehna in Balika Vadhu.

Producer Binaifer too gave her statement to the daily. “The CINTAA directive has made it obvious that we cannot work with the actress (Shilpa) even if she decides to have a change of heart. I was hoping things would resolve but she has remained adamant. So I am looking for a replacement now, albeit reluctantly. Some reports said we are considering several actors including Rashami Desai and Sucheta Khanna for the role but that’s not true. The audition is in progress. We have two three names in mind but I can’t reveal those. At the moment I can only say that we have auditioned Sheetal. But we haven’t locked her yet. We are looking at other options as well.”
