Here’s Why Pratyusha’s Lawyer Opted Out Of Her Case!

There was news that Pratyusha’s Lawyer, Falguni Brahmabhatt quit fighting for justice to Pratyusha. Well, here is the reason why she left the case.

According to a report by SpotboyE, Pratyusha’s family have asked for the services of a Special Public Prosecutor, Nilesh Pawaskar.

Who is this Nilesh Pawaskar? He is an associate of Advocate Neeraj Gupta who was earlier Rahul Singh’s lawyer but later backed out on humanitarian grounds, saying that Rahul had shared lots of wrong information and he didn’t want to support a wrong person!

Well, when Falguni got to know about Pratyusha’s parents seeking Pawaskar’s help, Falguni straight away said, she is not interested in working hand-in-hand. A source close to the case told SpotboyE, “The appointment of Pawaskar indicates the interest that Neeraj Gupta continues to have in this case. Why would Falguni, who has worked with topmost lawyers like Ram Jethmalani, work in such an environment?”

On the question, why Pratyusha’s parents will agree with the appointment of Special Prosecutor?  Says the source, “Pratyusha’s parents are in a tizzy.They just don’t know what’s happening. Every single person around them is giving their two bits of advice. Even some NGOs have come forward.”

And didn’t Pratyusha’s parents ask Falguni to stay on? Reveals the source, “They did, but Falguni has had enough in these just few days to understand that the case has become too dirty to handle. The long and short of it is that she fears that there are some people with vested interests who have butt in, and they are dangerous.”
