Big event for Superstar Rajinikanth’s new movie Vettaiyan

Superstar Rajinikanth is busy filming his next movie ‘Coolie’, but he’s also got another exciting film coming out soon called ‘Vettaiyan’. This movie will be released worldwide on October 10th, 2024, and you can watch it in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Malayalam.

Special event tonight in Chennai

Tonight, there’s a big event in Chennai at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium to launch the music and show some sneak peeks of ‘Vettaiyan’. The whole cast and crew will be there. You might be able to watch some of it on Sun TV later, but they haven’t said for sure yet.

A little bit about the movie

This is Rajinikanth’s 170th movie as the main actor! They started filming it back in October 2023 and filmed in lots of different places. The music is by Rajinikanth’s nephew, Anirudh Ravichander, who’s worked with him on other hit movies. They’ve even used some cool new technology, like making it sound like a famous singer who passed away is singing one of the songs!

‘Vettaiyan’ has a big cast with lots of famous actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and more. It’s produced by Lyca Productions and they’ll also be the ones releasing the movie.
