Tamannaah Bhatia leases Rs 18 lakhs office, mortgages flats for Rs 7.84 crores: Reports

Famous Indian actress Tamannaah Bhatia recently rented a fancy office space in a pricey part of Mumbai. This office is huge, over 6,000 square feet, and she’ll be paying a whopping 18 lakh rupees (around $22,000 USD) in rent each month. The rent will go up a bit after a few years, but the agreement is for five years total.

In another move, she used three of her apartments in a different part of Mumbai to get a loan from a bank. These apartments were used as collateral, which means the bank can take them if Tamannaah doesn’t repay the loan. The total loan amount is a big one: 7.84 crore rupees (around $9.5 million USD).

Besides all this real estate action, Tamannaah is busy with her acting career. She’s got a role in an upcoming movie called “Vedaa” that’s coming out on India’s Independence Day. She’s also supposed to have a special dance performance in another movie called “Stree 2.”
