Former border guard Sasha Dymov returns to his native village of Kordonka, having served time in prison on false charges. There is nothing left from his past life – his wife left for her best friend, it is impossible to return to law enforcement. A faithful comrade Trofimych comes to the rescue – he takes Dymov under his wing and gets him a job as a car mechanic in his workshop. It would seem that there is no more peaceful activity. But there is a border nearby, secret trails of smugglers, big money, weapons and criminals who dream of hiding from persecution behind the cordon… Only Sasha Dymov can stop this chaos.
