Kalki 2898 AD Sequel: Nag Ashwin Shares Exciting Details; Says ‘Most Anticipated Aspect…Face Off Between…’

In a recent interview, Nag Ashwin, the director of the movie Kalki 2898 AD, shared some exciting news about the film’s sequel. The team has already filmed about a month’s worth of scenes for Part 2, but there’s still a lot more work to do. Ashwin described it as almost starting a whole new movie, as they need to tie up all the loose ends and unanswered questions from the first film.

One of the most exciting parts of the sequel will be the epic battles between the main characters. Yaskin, who now has the powerful weapon Gandiva, will fight against Karna and Ashwatthama, two very strong warriors.

Ashwin also talked about how the team didn’t fully understand how big and complex Kalki 2898 AD would be when they first started. They wanted to make sure the design and action scenes were realistic, and they realized just how huge the project was as they went along. At first, they planned to do everything in India, but they ended up working with some foreign companies as well.

Kalki 2898 AD is a unique mix of science fiction and mythology, with a cast full of famous actors like Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. Prabhas plays Bhairava, a bounty hunter, and Deepika plays SUM-80, a pregnant woman who’s part of an experiment. Amitabh Bachchan plays Ashwatthama, a legendary character from Indian stories. The film has already made over Rs 700 crore around the world in different languages.
