Kalki 2898 AD: Nag Ashwin Exudes Confidence About its Content; Says ‘Won’t Leave A Seat For Ashwatthama For Promotions’

Nag Ashwin, the director of the very successful movie “Kalki 2898 AD,” is not planning any special marketing tricks. He remembers how the makers of another movie, “Adipurush,” asked theaters to leave one seat empty for the character Hanuman, but it didn’t make the movie successful. Ashwin believes his movie is good enough on its own and doesn’t need tricks like leaving an empty seat for the character Ashwatthama. He said, “My movie’s quality will speak for itself.”

Ashwin recently praised the movie’s star, Prabhas, on social media (formerly known as Twitter). He called Prabhas “the biggest box office star of this era.” He thanked Prabhas for his trust in the production and for giving him the freedom to make the movie the way he wanted. Ashwin also mentioned how Prabhas’s intelligent ideas helped shape the film. He ended the post calling Prabhas everyone’s favorite and now the world’s K____ (leaving it a mystery).

Prabhas’s “Kalki 2898 AD” has been a huge success at the box office, earning over Rs 600 Crore in just six days. The movie is a science fiction action story about a bounty hunter named Bhairava, played by Prabhas, who is trying to earn enough points to live in a special area.
