Mersal Movie Story 

When some corrupt hospital workers and doctors go missing, a doctor, who is famous for his philanthropic activities, is arrested. But when it is later revealed that his doppelgänger is responsible for all the abductions, his unknown and forgotten past and their connection comes into light.
