“Kalki 2898 AD” Now on Netflix and Prime Video, but with Some Cuts!

The big hit movie “Kalki 2898 AD” is finally available to watch online on Netflix and Prime Video. It was a huge success in theaters, making over 1200 crore rupees worldwide and setting new records for Indian and Telugu movies. But the online version has some scenes cut out.

What’s Been Cut?

• Prabhas’ introduction scene is a bit shorter now.
• Scenes where people call Prabhas “Kappa” (which means frog) have been removed.
• A fight scene after Prabhas is introduced has been shortened.
• Some scenes from the song “Ta Takkara” that were filmed on a beach are also shorter.
• A whole sequence where Prabhas wears a maroon outfit has been taken out.
• The scene right before the intermission, which features Deepika Padukone, has some new lyrics in the song.
• There are also some small changes to the dubbing (the voices of the actors) to make it sound better.
