Firstly, she greeted him in Gujarati, asking how he was, to which Diljit responded without any trouble. Then, she proceeded to inquire about his origins, this time in Gujarati too. However, Diljit found this particular Gujarati line a bit challenging to grasp, admitting it with a smile.

Nita Ambani then explained to him the meaning of the Gujarati line. She said, “Where do you live?” The Lover singer had the most heartfelt reply to it as he said, “Where do I live? I live in people’s hearts.” The crowd burst into laughter after hearing his answer.

In another video which Diljit shared on his Instagram account, he could be seen comparing Kareena Kapoor Khan to Rihanna and Beyonce. The Punjabi singer said, “There might be Beyonce and there might be Rihanna but we have her.” He then dedicated ‘Proper Patola’ song to her, leaving her blushing.
