Tamannaah Praises Vijay Varma’s New Show

Tamannaah Bhatia is thrilled about her boyfriend Vijay Varma’s new show, “IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack.” She shared the show’s trailer on Instagram and said it looks really good. She thinks it will change how people see shows on streaming platforms in India. Vijay, who plays a pilot in the show, thanked her for the kind words.

About the Show

The show is directed by Anubhav Sinha, who’s known for making movies that make you think. It’s based on the true story of a plane hijacking that happened in 1999. The trailer shows passengers getting ready for a normal flight, but then terrorists take over the plane and force it to go to Kandahar, a place controlled by the Taliban.

The show has a lot of great actors, including Naseeruddin Shah and Pankaj Kapur. The real story of this hijacking was very scary – the plane was taken over just 40 minutes after it took off and the passengers were held hostage for eight days.

You can watch “IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack” on Netflix India starting August 29th.
