Tabu Recalls Priyadarshan Pouring An Entire Bottle Of Coconut Oil On Her Head During ‘Virasat’ Shoot

Experienced actress Tabu, who is currently busy promoting her new movie “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha” with Ajay Devgn, shared a funny story from filming the 1997 movie “Virasat” with Anil Kapoor. In “Virasat,” Tabu played a village woman named Gehna.

During an interview, Tabu explained how the director, Priyadarshan, wanted her hair to look oily for the role. The hairstylist suggested using a bit of gel, but Priyadarshan wanted more. He came back with a whole bottle of coconut oil and poured it all over Tabu’s head!

Tabu laughed about the incident, saying she didn’t need to style her hair after that. She would just oil it, braid it, and head to the set.
