Stree 2: Aparshakti Khurana Claims To Experience Real-Life Haunting; Says ‘When I Looked Back, It Was Gone’

Stree 2 Creates Buzz with Exciting Story and Real-Life Ghost Stories

The highly anticipated horror-comedy Stree 2, directed by Amar Kaushik, has hit theaters on August 15, 2024, and is already generating a lot of excitement. The cast, including Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana, recently visited Delhi to promote the film and shared some chilling real-life experiences that left everyone spooked.

Rajkummar Rao, reprising his role as Vicky, mentioned that while the original Stree had its share of eerie moments during filming, the sequel focuses more on humor. He playfully suggested that perhaps even the ghosts enjoyed the first film so much that they didn’t want to disrupt the making of the second one.

However, the truly hair-raising moment came when Aparshakti Khurana, who plays Bittu, recounted a personal encounter with the supernatural in Delhi. He described driving back from Gurgaon late one night and spotting a mysterious figure near the GK1-GK2 flyover. When he turned around for a closer look, the figure vanished, leaving him with an unsettling feeling. This spine-tingling tale sent shivers down the audience’s spines and made them wonder if the ghostly events in Stree 2 might be closer to reality than they thought. Abhishek Banerjee, who plays Jaana, added to the intrigue by suggesting that the cast had even more supernatural stories to tell.

Stree 2 is already garnering positive reviews from fans, who are particularly impressed with its visual effects and CGI. With the film now playing in theaters, audiences are eager to experience the unique blend of horror and comedy that made the first Stree such a success. The film’s early reception suggests that the magic of Stree is still very much alive, and perhaps, so are the ghosts that inhabit its world.
