Shreyas Talpade Health Update: He Is ‘Recovering Well’, Smiled At Family 48 Hours After Heart Attack Shares Family

Two days after his big scare, Shreyas Talpade is getting better! His family breathed a sigh of relief when he smiled at them on Saturday morning. Sounds like things are looking up for him!

After Shreyas Talpade’s recent heart attack, his wife Deepti shared reassuring news in an interview with Bombay Times. She revealed that Shreyas smiled at his family on Saturday morning, bringing much-needed relief to them all. She described his progress as positive, stating that he’s recovering well and the future looks bright. Deepti expressed gratitude for the outpouring of well-wishes and prayers, saying they’ve been a source of strength for the family throughout this challenging time.

“Shreyas is better now. He has been recovering well and the surgery went fine. He looked at us and smiled today morning. That was relieving to all of us. He will himself talk to you in a few days time,” a family member of the actor told the entertainment portal bombay times.

On Friday, Shreyas Talpade’s wife also issued a statement revealing the actor is “stable.” She also shared that the actor will be discharged in a few days.

“I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming concern and well-wishes following the recent health scare my husband experienced. I’m relieved to update everyone that he is now in stable condition and will be discharged in a few days. The medical team’s exceptional care and timely response have been instrumental during this time, and we are grateful for their expertise,” her statement read.

“We kindly request respect for our privacy as he continues his recovery. Your unwavering support has been a tremendous source of strength for both of us,” it added.

Veteran actor Shreyas Talpade, amidst filming “Welcome To The Jungle”, faced a medical scare on December 14th. The 47-year-old star, after wrapping up a shoot day in Mumbai, experienced sudden discomfort and collapsed upon returning home. Promptly rushed to the hospital, he underwent a successful angioplasty procedure.
