Shraddha Kapoor Talks About Her Journey In Cinema After Flop Debut; Rajkummar Rao Reacts

Shraddha Kapoor recently talked about the tough times she faced at the beginning of her Bollywood career. After her first two movies, Teen Patti and Luv Ka The End, didn’t do well, she felt like no one wanted to give her a chance.

She said, “After two flops, nobody in the industry wanted to work with me until Mohit Suri cast me in Aashiqui 2.” She explained how hard it was to get roles because people only saw her past failures. “I had to go to a lot of auditions because nobody wanted to make a film with me at that time. Especially if your career starts with flops, it’s very hard to get your next movie.” It was only after Aashiqui 2 became a hit that her career really took off.

During the interview, people noticed Rajkummar Rao’s reactions to Shraddha’s story and found them funny. Some people commented on how he always seems to be in these kinds of situations, with one person saying, “Raj is at the crime scene again. Like HOW every freaking time?!?” Another fan admired his patience, saying, “I applaud his patience. We wouldn’t be able to handle it.” Someone else added, “How does RKR always end up in situations like this,” pointing out how often Rao is part of open conversations about favoritism in Bollywood.

Both Shraddha and Rajkummar Rao are currently promoting their new movie, Stree 2, which came out on August 15, 2024. Even though it’s competing with other big movies like Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa, Stree 2 is expected to do really well because it already has a lot of fans.
