Why Ranbir Kapoor is Playing Lord Rama

Ranbir Kapoor, a famous Bollywood actor known for playing many different kinds of roles, will be seen as Lord Rama in the upcoming movie “Ramayana.” This movie will also star Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita.

When the news about who would be in the movie came out, many fans were excited. But some people on social media didn’t like the choice of Ranbir Kapoor for the role of Lord Rama.

The Reason Behind the Casting

The casting director for the movie, Mukesh Chhabra, explained why they chose Ranbir. He said that Ranbir has a calm look on his face, which is important for playing Lord Rama. The director, Nitesh Tiwari, had decided on Ranbir a long time ago. Chhabra believes it’s a good choice and that people will understand why once they see the movie.

“Ramayana” will be released in two parts. They’re still working on choosing the actors for the second part. Chhabra also mentioned that he often casts famous actors in roles that are very different from how they are in real life.

There are also rumors that there might be a separate movie about Hanuman, the monkey god, as part of the “Ramayana” story.

Other important actors in “Ramayana” include Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Yash as Ravana. This exciting movie is set to come out in theaters in 2025.
