The whole controversy started when Vishal Dadlani, a member of Aam Aadmi Party tweeted against Tarun Sagar’s naked appearance in the legislative assembly. However, that made Jain members angry and they have filed a police complaint against Dadlani and Tehseen Poonawaala, who also tweeted on the same context of hurting their religious sentiment.

Vishal, after the tweet, apologised everyone who ridiculed him and also requested not to mix politics and religion. On the other hand, Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi PartyChief, Arvind Kejriwal tried to make the possible damage control. But the whole drama has landed Dadlani into a legal soup.

The Twitter outrage prompted the Sultan music composer to apologize to each and every tweet. He sent a flurry of tweets with apologies and further said he just wanted the people to not support religion in governance. That’s the one thing he stood by in almost every apology, his request to not mix religion with governance. When the outrage started shifting from him to AAP, the party he supports. He quit AAP.
