Udhas’s daughter, Reva, was seen arriving at the funeral visibly heartbroken. She broke down in tears as she said goodbye to her father.

Many prominent figures from the music industry, including Zakir Hussain and Shankar Mahadevan, have already paid their last respects to Udhas.

Udhas’s family announced the details of his funeral on Instagram. They wrote, “With a heavy heart, we inform you of the passing of Pankaj Udhas on February 26th, 2024. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 27th, from 3 to 5 pm at the Hindu Crematorium in Worli, Mumbai.“
