Agastya is Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson and started his acting career in Zoya Akhtar’s Netflix movie, The Archies. This movie also had Suhana Khan (Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter) and Khushi Kapoor (Sridevi’s daughter). Although some people didn’t like their acting, Javed still thinks Agastya is a great talent.

“I told Agastya’s mother (Shweta Bachchan Nanda), ‘Your son is going to be a star’. The concept of the hero so far has been of the toxic, macho man. Here is an unpretentious and masoom hero. Audiences have not seen a hero like Agastya since Rishi Kapoor in Bobby. Agastya will appeal to all youngsters, especially girls,” he said, during a chat with Rediff.
