Swapnil started his acting career at the age of 9 by playing the role of young Kusha in the Ramanand Sagar’s Uttar Ramayana (1986).
He did various comedy shows like Comedy Circus (Hindi), Papad Pol – Shahabuddin Rathod Ki Rangeen Duniya (Hindi), Get Well Soon (Marathi), etc.
Apart from acting, he also hosted talent show Chota Packet Bada Dhamaka (2008-2009), comedy show Ladies Special, and talk show Dhabal – Ek Taas TimePass.
In 2008, he won the reality show Mr. & Ms. TV along with Purbi Joshi.
He also judged the Marathi comedy reality show Fu Bai Fu.
