Fans of the Citadel spy universe are eagerly awaiting the release of several spin-offs, including the highly anticipated Indian chapter, Citadel: Honey Bunny, featuring Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

In a recent interview, Gina Gardini, the showrunner for Citadel: Diana, praised the chemistry between Varun and Samantha in Citadel: Honey Bunny, calling it “fantastic.” She also expressed admiration for the unique characters created by Raj and DK.

Reflecting on her experience meeting the actors at a press screening in London, Gina stated, “It was a lot of fun meeting all of them. I’ve seen Citadel: Honey Bunny and was pleased to rewatch its first episode at the premiere. And I think it’s fantastic.”

The Italian spin-off, Citadel: Diana, starring Matilda De Angelis, is set to premiere on Prime Video on October 10. The series follows an undercover Citadel agent trapped behind enemy lines in a high-stakes mission.
