Story:

Dr. Vaseegaran reassembles Chitti, his decommissioned android, to combat a mysterious force that is threatening the city by manipulating mobile phones. The force turns out to be the vengeful spirit of Pakshi Rajan, an ornithologist who committed suicide due to the harmful effects of mobile phone radiation on birds. Chitti, with the help of his upgraded version 2.0, must stop Pakshi Rajan’s spirit and save the city.
