Vinesh Phogat’s Historic Win At Paris Olympics 2024 Calls For Dangal 2; Netizens Ask Aamir Khan & Nitesh Tiwari To Make Sequel

Vinesh Phogat has made history as the first Indian woman wrestler to reach the finals at the Olympics. She has also guaranteed India’s fourth medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics and is sure to win at least a silver medal. Indians are thrilled with Vinesh Phogat’s victory and have taken to social media to celebrate the talented wrestler. Many people are even asking Aamir Khan and Nitesh Tiwari to make a sequel to the movie “Dangal.”

The movie “Dangal,” directed by Nitesh Tiwari, tells the story of Mahavir Singh Phogat and his daughters Geeta and Babita, who won gold medals at the Commonwealth Games. Vinesh is Geeta and Babita’s cousin, and her cousin Ritu Phogat also won a gold medal at the 2016 Commonwealth Wrestling Championship. Fans are hoping that Aamir Khan and Nitesh Tiwari will make “Dangal 2” and focus it on Vinesh Phogat’s life.

Neeraj Chopra, another athlete, praised Vinesh Phogat, saying it was amazing that she beat Susaki, a very strong wrestler. He admires her effort and determination after all she has been through.

Vinesh Phogat’s victory also marks the first international loss for the skilled Japanese wrestler Susaki. Vinesh has now secured India’s fourth medal at the ongoing Olympics and is sure to bring home at least a silver medal. She will also become only the second Indian woman wrestler, after Sakshi Malik, to win an Olympic medal. Vinesh had to withdraw from her previous Olympic appearances in Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020.
