The show begins with Rannvijay wanting to speak with Vaiju. He admits he never liked their relationship, but begs her for another chance, feeling responsible for her condition. He urges Vaiju to wake up, and Jaya notices tears in Vaiju’s eyes. The doctor says it’s a miracle as Vaiju starts breathing again. She’s moved to the ICU, and Rannvijay is relieved to hear she’s out of danger. Jaya thanks Rannvijay for not giving up on Vaiju.

The doctor advises observing Vaiju for another day. When they visit her, she doesn’t recognize anyone at first, but then laughs it off as a joke. Vasundhara wants Vaiju to come home with them instead of returning to Jhumri Patan.

Vaiju asks about Rannvijay, and Vasundhara assures her he’s fine. Rannvijay watches Vaiju from outside, thanking God for answering his prayer. The inspector tells Rannvijay they need Vaiju’s statement to take action, but Rannvijay doesn’t want to put her in danger again.

The family informs Rannvijay that Vaiju is asleep and they should go home. Jaya wants Rannvijay to come home too, but he thinks someone should stay with Vaiju. Jaikant volunteers while the rest go home. Jaktab plans to harm Vaiju again.

Rannvijay recalls how Vaiju saved him and feels bad for not apologizing to her. Jaya tells him to rest and apologize the next day. Rannvijay is worried something bad might happen.

Jaktab enters the hospital with a gun to hurt Vaiju. Vaiju is surprised to see Rannvijay there and he warns her about Jaktab. Rannvijay fights Jaktab and Jaikant joins in to help. Rannvijay helps Vaiju lie down. Vaiju asks for forgiveness, saying she wanted to leave Rannvijay and Jaya’s lives, but fate keeps bringing her back. The episode ends with Vaiju and Rannvijay talking about their marriage.

In the next episode, Vaiju doesn’t want to go to the Patel house, but Rannvijay and Jaya want her to come with them.
