The show begins with Lavanya and Chirag. Lavanya is trying to tell Chirag how she feels, but Chirag says he doesn’t want to get married. Mr. Mittal, Chirag’s father, wants to know why, but Chirag gets upset and decides not to go to an important family event.

Meanwhile, Manorama tells Janvi to be happy because she’s marrying into a wealthy family. Manorama asks Sobha who gave them all the gifts, and Sobha says they’re from Lavanya for her daughter-in-law. Manorama tells Janvi to spend time with Prithvi, but Janvi wants to run away.

Manorama wants to wear a pink saree, but Sobha says it was a gift for Deepika. They don’t know who gave it to her and start accusing Deepika of having a secret relationship. They even throw away the saree. Deepika tries to explain, but Chirag arrives and sees how badly they’re treating her.

Deepika asks them to stop the false accusations, but they don’t listen. Chirag sees their true nature. Manorama tries to hit Deepika, but Sobha stops her because Chirag is there. Sobha introduces Chirag to her mother, and Manorama tells Janvi to spend time with him. Chirag tries to clear up the misunderstanding, but Sobha tells Manorama that he’s Prithvi’s older brother. Chirag leaves, feeling upset for Deepika.

Janvi gets ready for her engagement ceremony, but she doesn’t want to marry Prithvi. She’s in love with Chirag. Sobha tells her to get ready anyway and suggests she can do what she wants after the wedding.

Everyone is getting ready at the Mittals’ house. Prithvi is excited. Roshni, Lavanya’s daughter, gets ready, but Lavanya ignores her. Lavanya calls Sobha and tells her not to bring Deepika to the ceremony. Deepika brings juice for Janvi, but she refuses it. Chirag arrives and is upset that Lavanya is being mean to someone she doesn’t even want to see. Lavanya says she hates Deepika because she’s not pretty. Payal, Lavanya’s other daughter, tells Chirag that Lavanya always ignores Roshni.

Manorama and Sobha are excited about the ceremony. Deepika tells Sobha it’s time to take Janvi, but Sobha says Deepika can’t come. Deepika insists, but Sobha locks her in the house. Chirag welcomes Yashwant, an important guest, but Lavanya ignores him. Chirag gets a message and realizes Deepika is a good person while Janvi is selfish. He also finds out Deepika isn’t at the ceremony.

Deepika is waiting to go to the ceremony. Prithvi makes fun of Chirag. Deepika tries to call Sobha but realizes she’s locked in.

In the next episode, the ceremony starts, but Janvi throws away an important plate. Deepika is on her way there. Janvi hugs Chirag in front of everyone and gets slapped by Lavanya. Prithvi asks Janvi why, and she says she doesn’t want to marry him. She loves Chirag and wants to marry him instead.
