Manoj Bajpayee Shares About The Family Man 3, Says It’ll Be Shot In February In THIS PART OF INDIA; Details

Fans of the show The Family Man are eager for the new season, which will be out next year. Actor Manoj Bajpayee, who plays the main character, has shared some details about the upcoming season. He says his character, Srikant Tiwari, will continue to be a complex and interesting one. He also revealed that the series is being filmed in multiple locations.

In an interview with The Lallantop, the actor said, “We will start shooting February end and this time we will mostly shoot in North-East. We will pick up from where we left last season. I can assure that this time Family Man will be bigger than the previous season. Bada sundar aur bhayanak hoga. There will be new circumstances, new situations. This time Srikant Tiwari is in that phase of his life where his kids have grown up and even Srikant has grown old a bit, but the challenges don’t leave him.”

In a previous interview with Koimoi, Manoj Bajpayee shared the reason of the delay in The Family Man Season 3. The actor had said, “Raj and DK (the makers of the series) are not in favour of rushing into Season 3. To go from Season 1 to Season 2, it took us three years. So please grant us that much time for Season 3. When we do come with Season 3, I promise you, the surprise factor will be just as high as Season 2, if not more.”

In an appearance on the Unfiltered by Samdish YouTube channel earlier this year, the actor was asked if he received ‘Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan-type fees’ for The Family Man. Manoj instantly dismissed and said, “Yeh OTT wale regular producer se kam nahi hai (OTT platforms are just as bad as regular producers). They will pay big stars. I did not get the kind of money I should have for The Family Man.” The actor then made a rather shocking revelation, saying, “Gora aayega, show karega toh de denge (If a white actor does the show, they will pay). Brands have factories in China because there is cheap labour. Similarly, I am the cheap labour here,” he added.
